Owner

Tyler is originally from North Carolina. He attended North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineers with a focus on Structural Engineering. He has 8+ years experience in the structural engineering realm. He is a licensed professional engineer in both Virginia and North Carolina. Tyler is part owner of Gray Line Roofing and Lead Foreman. He is married to Cierra and they have two little boys. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his kids.

Darren Joyce

Darren is originally from Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. He attended United States Military Academy West Point and was a former officer in the Army. He currently resides in Chesapeake, Virginia. He has 10+ years experience in the roofing industry and is a Class A contractor. Darren is part owner of Gray Line Roofing and Lead Foreman. He is married with two little boys. Darren enjoys hunting and fishing.

Cierra Mizelle

Operations Manager

Cierra is originally from North Carolina. She attended Meredith College in Raleigh, NC and graduated with her Masters of Arts in Teaching in Special Education with a K-12 Licensure. She taught special education at the elementary level for 6 years in Suffolk, Virginia. She left teaching in 2021 to further Gray Line Roofing. She is the Operations Manager for the company. She is married to Tyler and they have two little boys. She enjoys spending time with her boys, being outside, and going to new places.

Ralp Pizana

Virtutal Assistant

Ralf, from Davao City, Philippines, holds a degree in Physical Education and Sports from the University of Southeastern Philippines. He taught higher education for two years, covering physical education, sports, and contemporary arts, while also coaching swimming for the varsity program. Now a skilled virtual assistant at Gray Line Roofing, Ralf’s interests span swimming, the gym, writing, listening to music, and watching series.
